By accessing or using the StreamCatch service, web interface, or programmatic endpoints, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Permitted Use & Fair Dealing

StreamCatch is provided solely as a technical stream resolution utility for public, non-commercial personal archiving, educational fair use, research, and authorized content inspection. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their usage complies with relevant intellectual property laws and copyright statutes in their jurisdiction.

3. Prohibition of Circumvention & Illegal Activity

You strictly agree not to use StreamCatch to:

• Circumvent Digital Rights Management (DRM) or technical protection measures.
• Access or extract private, password-protected, or unlisted content without creator consent.
• Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, automated scrapers beyond established rate limits, or SSRF attacks against internal network assets.
• Distribute commercial unauthorized reproductions of copyrighted materials.

4. Intellectual Property & DMCA Copyright Notice

StreamCatch respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent international directives. We do not host, store, or re-transmit media files on permanent servers. If you believe that your copyrighted work is being improperly resolved through our service, please contact our designated operations desk at our contact portal with the relevant canonical URLs. We will review and blacklist the requested domains or identifiers within 24 to 48 business hours.

5. Rate Limiting & Abuse Prevention

To maintain high availability and prevent abuse, all endpoints are protected by sliding-window rate limiters. Bypassing rate limits through rotating proxies, distributed bots, or IP spoofing will result in immediate perimeter blocking.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. StreamCatch disclaims any liability for third-party platform alterations, stream availability interruptions, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
