Copyright Policy & DMCA Procedure

Compliance protocol for copyright holders and creators

1. Commitment to Intellectual Property

StreamCatch respects intellectual property rights. We operate as an ephemeral technical resolver for publicly accessible streams and do not host or store media files on permanent servers.

2. Filing a Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner and wish to restrict stream resolution of your works through our utility, submit a notice containing:

  • Identification of the protected work concerned.
  • The exact URL of the media on the source platform (YouTube, TikTok, Vimeo, etc.).
  • Your official contact details (name, organization, email).
  • A sworn declaration attesting your status as the rights holder.

3. SLA & Domain Blacklisting

Upon receiving a valid notice, our technical desk places the target identifier or channel on our resolution blocklist within 24 to 48 business hours.
